Coffee Break EQE

Here you can subscribe to our series of email questions and answers on aspects of European (EPC and PCT) patent law and practice. The questions are short and should only take about 5 to 15 minutes to answer.

If you subscribe to the Coffee Break questions you will be sent regular emails until you reach the end of our questions, or until you unsubscribe from the service.

The first email in the series will set you a question, the answer to which you may already know or you may need to carry out brief research to find or confirm the answers and its legal basis. The remaining emails will provide you with the answer to the previous question and a legal basis for the answer, and will present you with the next question. There are 50 questions in the current series of questions.
